Just scan business cards using the CardScan® scanner, or drag-and-drop contact data from any email or web page – CardScan® software automatically enters the data in the appropriate fields to create an indispensible digital address book. CardScan Team includes two CardScan software licenses, so you can share contact data with one other person on your network; purchase additional licenses to share data with more people. Simple password protection lets you control which users access which records. New CardScan v9 software lets you scan business card data directly into Microsoft Outlook®(1), verify and correct US addresses and ZIP + 4 codes(2), and save contacts in .csv (spreadsheet) and .vcf (vCard). Sync seamlessly with Outlook®, Palm®, Windows Mobile®, Act!™ Standard and Premium for Workgroups, and Lotus Notes® (Windows®) ; save in .csv (spreadsheet) or .vcf (vCard) format, too.
