The FARGO® DTC1000M Monochrome printer delivers the ultimate simplicity in card personalization. The affordable printer is easy to use, virtually maintenancefree and economical to operate.

The DTC1000M is the cost-effective, low- to moderate-volume card issuance solution for organizations such as casinos, financial services firms, small businesses and retailers. An eco-friendly erase-and-rewrite option also makes the printer ideal for visitor badges and temporary worker ID applications.

The DTC1000M prints a single color, edge-to-edge image on one side of a standard CR-80 or CR-79 identification card. The resin thermal transfer process assures clear reproduction of photo images, bar codes and alphanumeric data.

Connect quickly via USB or optional Ethernet port and begin creating ID badges within seconds. With the builtin Swift ID™ application, you can start printing without having to install any additional software. Receive instant system status cues through color-coded buttons during your printing operation.

Ribbon options include standard or premium black, or your choice of green, blue, red, white, silver or gold.

Print ribbon and card-cleaning roller installation is a snap with the cartridgebased design. A standard refillable cartridge for black resin ribbons decreases waste and reduces cost in the most common resin printing applications.

For magnetic stripe cards, an optional module enables inline, onestep encoding and card printing.
