Package Track is an IntelliTrack software solution designed to automate and organize your internal delivery process. Ideal for managing mailrooms and shipping/receiving departments, Package Track provides accountability for all packages in your organization’s possession at a given time.
Receiving Packages
When packages are delivered to your department by a carrier, they are scanned into the software system and associated with the correct recipient.
When you receive a package, scan or enter information into your handheld computer such as:
- Package ID
- It’s temporary storage location
- Package type (i.e., letter, box, etc.)
- Received by
E-mail notifications can be turned on for each recipient so they know when their package has arrived. An automatic e-mail notification about the package is sent to a recipient once the handheld scanner or mobile computer is synced to the Package Track workstation.
Delivering Packages
Package Track allows for rapid deliveries, giving you the ability to sign and deliver multiple packages at once. When delivering packages, you can instantly find all packages that are to be delivered to a particular recipient.
Sort and send information to your handheld computer by Receive Date, Package ID, Recipient Name, Recipient Identifier, and Mailroom.
Delivery Confirmation
Upon delivering a package, the recipient signs for the delivery to verify the package was delivered to the correct person while ensuring all packages were delivered in good condition.
