1097 BARCODE SCANNER
- The scanner is battery operated and communicates wirelessly with a host computer via a standard Bluetooth interface (optional WiFi interface – build option). The hand scanner is compatible with devices running Windows CE, Windows Mobile 5/6/6.5 or Windows XP/Vista/7 (the host device must have Bluetooth functionality). The Bluetooth interface enables the operator to use the scanner up to 100m from the host computer.
- The UHF reader supports reading and writing to EPC Class 1 Generation 2 (ISO 18000-6C) transponders.
- For operation in Europe (ETSI EN 302 208), including Dense Reader Mode Capability.
- The scanner has audible, visual and vibrator indication of a read.
- The device can be flash upgraded.
- The design incorporates a 2D imager for reading 1D/2D barcodes
- Full configuration of the device via Desktop application OTA
- SmartWedge software for Windows Mobile devices enables easy integration with form based applications supporting most of the commonly used Control characters.
- Software Development Kit (SDK) available to enable rapid custom application development.
