Similar in sixe to a cellular phone, the unit enables convenient one-handed operation with an intuitive, user-friendly interface. Its rechargeable Lithium-Ion backup batteries ensure that data is safely stored in the unit. For communication, the device supports connectivity via IrDA and RS-232C interfaces. Other notable characteristics include high performance CMOS CPU, 2MB SRAM, 128KB Flash ROM, and an FSTN LCD display.
