Returns & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our number one goal. Order any stock product from us and if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it within 10 days following the guidelines below for an easy refund or credit to your account.
Guidelines:
- All returns must have an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please call (866) 271-9891 and speak to one of our representatives to obtain an RMA number.
- Products must be in “like new” condition including original box, materials and accessories. “Like new” is defined as the product being in its original condition, unused and unblemished, with all original packaging, packing materials, manuals, warranty cards and accessories. There can be no new markings on the original packaging.
- Some products are non-returnable. These include but are not limited to: software, printheads, labels, ribbons, and most special order products.
- Certain products and manufacturers charge a restock fee.
- Cancellations of custom products, configurations and labels are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
Process:
- Please call one of our representatives at (866) 271-9891 to obtain your RMA number.
- Write the RMA number on your shipping label – do not write on the original box.
- Return items unused and in original packaging to Legacy within 5 business days of receiving your RMA. Include all parts, accessories, manuals and packing materials.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs on all merchandise returns.
